Most of the time people are choosing any fitness program for a duration basis, that I want to workout for 3 month to lose some weight, or I have these problem and doctor suggested me to workout to reverse this problem.

- Your transformation program starts with your mind reprogramming sessions.
- Analysis of your current physical fitness status.
- You will have 24 fitness classes for 3 Months – 8 sessions/month - 2 sessions/week
You will have 8 challenges/Month & 24 Challenges in 3 Month
- You will be taught different level of workouts to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility & Mobility
- In case if you are not able to attend any classes, you will be provided with the workout videos to practice in your own time.
Phase 2
- Your transformation program starts with your mind reprogramming sessions.

- You will have 36 fitness classes for 3 Months – 12 sessions/month - 3 sessions/week
You will have 8 challenges/Month & 24 Challenges in 3 Month
- You will be trained to push your limits to improve your strength, stamina, flexibility & Mobility and show your best result.
