Sweet craving is a worst part of your diet program, though we can manage our main meal plans by adding carbs, protein and fats and make it balance. The sweet craving is the culprit that takes us out of our diet, by stimulating the craving  to add sweets or munchies or chocolates which are high in sugar and can disrupt your discipline.
