This is Progressive based fitness challenges - Progression of these exercise will be calculated on a monthly basis and updated in Live Board. Record Break Competition will happen on Every March, June, September, November.
The Highest Record Breaker with regards to their Gender & Age will be announced on Every December for the Year.​ ​The Same will be published as "Fitness Record Holder of LFL"

Rules of The Challenge
  • There are total 8 Challenges per Month, which is 2 Challenges per Week. You Must attempt all the Challenges without Fail every month.
  • You need to progress in each challenge with the difference of 1 count (incase of reps) or 1 sec (incase of Duration) at least. 
  • The Weekly Challenge post date is Thursday to Sunday. (You must post that week challenge in this period. (Except Medical condition or Sickness - but once you recovered, you should compensate the leftover weekly challenges counts)
  •  You Must post all the challenges in our FB private group for tracking the progression by our Quality Team.
  • Anyone who is holding the Captain Badge will be able to participate in the challenge and beat your record in any month, so make sure you are always progressing and ahead from the upcoming people.
